Strategic Leadership

I believe strategic planning should be thoughtful, imaginative, and energizing. I lead groups through reflection on where they’ve been, bold dreaming about where they want to go, and the practical work of figuring out how to get there — always infusing the process with humor and levity to keep ideas flowing and people engaged. Across corporate, nonprofit, and youth settings, I help teams transform vision into action with clarity and confidence.
